Life Journaling

In the advent of carrying around a 4K video recorder in your pocket wherever you go I noticed I tend to capture memories in video than in still images, so once a year on my birthday (Aries season) I gather all the videos on my phone from the previous 364 days and challenge myself to edit them into a minute-long video. I always walk away from the exercised so surprised at how many events I attended or things I accomplished. There's a whole movement dedicated to putting away your phone and simply living in the moment but for me moments are so easy to forget.
